ID duplicate - Home affairs South Africa


In August 2016 I wanted to get married but was told my ID could not be verified as I share an ID number with someone else, I completed all documents requested In August, I have been calling the customer contact centre and told to call again in two weeks as my application is at the last stage, I have been calling for the past 9 months and still not getting any assistance. I cannot apply for passport, I cannot apply for unabridged birth certificates for my children, I cannot get married. , Please assist
